    • Upon diagnostic inspection the following was discovered: Left Front outer tie rod and ball joint about to fall apart right front outer tie rod and lower control arms are worn and coming apart right front brakes and rotors needs to be replaced Recommendations: Replace front lower control arm assemblies Replace front outer tie rod ends Replace front brake pads and rotors Do alignment Contacted customer and was given verbal permission to do the above repairs
    • TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & Replace – Outer,Both – [Includes: Adjust toe-in only. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends removal of Rack and Pinion Steering Gear when replacing Inner Tie Rod End(s) on some models. If

    • DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Front,Both Sides – [Includes: Replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
