Upon diagnostic inspection and vehicle test drive the following was observed: Test drove vehicle felt normal on flat places, hills, and stopping and starting again. No history codes were found in the computer diagnostic and no current codes. Could not duplicate concern at this time. If can possibly leave car overnight we could test drive once it is cold and during other conditions throughout the day and see if can get customer concern problems to happen. Timing is good and showing no apparent problems

Upon diagnostic inspection the following was discovered: Left Front outer tie rod and ball joint about to fall apart right front outer tie rod and lower control arms are worn and coming apart right front brakes and rotors needs to be replaced Recommendations: Replace front lower control arm assemblies Replace front outer tie rod ends Replace front brake pads and rotors Do alignment Contacted customer and was given verbal permission to do the above repairs
